Ed Babinski DISCLAIMER: For those who are religious but neither creationists nor inerrantists, please read this disclaimer before reading any of the articles at my website. I do not address in my articles the many beautiful literary parallels and metaphorical allusions that may be found in the Bible and/or the Koran. My articles instead address the claims of creationists and inerrantists. I think it's important to remind people that the Bible is not speaking scientifically, especially at a time when so many American politicos and school boards--as well as overseas creationists (both Christian and Muslim) are proclaiming with the utmost religious sincerity that you MUST understand the Bible and/or Koran as literally as they deem possible, i.e., that you MUST seek ways to squeeze science out of Bible verses, or find ways to chop scientific evidence down to Bible-shaped bits. *smile*

As for the literary value of books in general, and wonderfully insightful metaphors, and/or witty passages about human nature, I find them in many books, not just the Bible.
